WIRE PREHEATER
For improved wire adhesion by reduced thermal shock, the Bartell range of wire pre-heaters are available for either single wire (up to six single wire paths) applications or weftless (tape) applications heating up to 16 wires up to 100șC at maximum bead line speeds. Each Wire Pre-Heater has automatic heating control to compensate for line speed variation and anti-wire burn protection during ‘manual’ slow speed operation. Maximum wire size for weftless applications is .040" (1.0mm) and for single wire 0.70" (1.8mm).
