TUBULAR STRANDER REBUILD SPECIFICATION SHEET

Bartell Machinery now offers a complete package for rebuilding tubular stranders of all sizes. The rebuild package is customized to fit your needs and budget; there is no job too large or too small. We also offer on site inspection and evaluation services to assist you in determining your particular machines needs.

Our range of services can include all or some of the following:

• Complete frame up restoration and rebuilds.
• Barrel, "A" frame bearing , and oiler system rebuilds.
• Pressure wash, sandblast, and repaint packages.
• Modern AC drive electrical package upgrades.
• Capstan and change gear box rebuilds.
• Hood, window, and side pan rebuilds.
• Hood interlock, and soundproofing upgrades available.
• Electronic lay package available.
• Inside string-up to outside string-up or outside string-up to inside string-up conversion packages are available.
• Many conversion packages such as building a 12 bay machine out of two 6 bay machines or building two 6 bay machines out of a 12 bay machine are available.
