Bartell Machinery Systems L.L.C. has pioneered the development of single wire tire bead systems to produce a consistently high quality single wire bead. The Bartell range of machine products for the production of single wire beads has evolved into a wide array of systems that offer unique production capabilities for passenger, light truck, or truck tire beads. In addition, each product has the capability of producing either the traditional "hexagonal" section single wire bead or the recently developed "square " section single wire bead.
New unique features of festoonless modular designs that reduce floor space requirements and offer an initial lower cost investment are fine examples of leading edge design at Bartell.
