The Servo Driven Six Arm Carousel is a six-arm storage unit that rotates after forty-eight (48) beads have been placed on an arm. This motion is controlled through the PLC and a servo drive mounted to the carousel assembly. Once an arm has been rotated outside of the guarding, the Operator can then remove the beads. A variety of bead spacing is available and is based on customer specifications and bead profiles. Each individual arm can be manually removed, once full, to transfer to a customer supplied bead storage device.
