SPECIFICATION SHEET
Our rewind lines are custom
designed to meet each application. Reel combinations of 12" (305mm) to 180"
(4572mm) are possible. The rewind lines are designed to run at the highest possible speed
that can be safely achieved and controlled. Many counter designs such as contact counters
(roller, wheel, or belt) or non contact counters are available. For high speed lines,
accumulators and precision tension devices are recommended.
STANDARD

- A pay-off, counter, and take-up of any style are
integrated together to form a custom rewind line to meet your application specifications.
- An advanced control system utilising plc controllers,
safety monitoring devices, and AC drives tie all of the individual line components
together to work as a process line.
- Ergonomically designed operator control stations,
available with touch screen parameter entry, programmable run to length capabilities, and
fault handling routines.
- State of the art traverse and reel drive train carries a 2
year warranty.
- Stationary vertical guide roller assembly for cable.
