Frame Mounted Expanded Metal Guarding Features
- Guarding mounts on the frame of the machine, not the floor, thus minimizing the total floor space required.
- When the machines to be relocated, the entire guarding package does not need to be disassembled. The guarding may be left on the machine during the relocation process.
Floor Mounted Expanded Metal Guarding Features
- Machine guarding mounts on the floor around the machine. All panels are rectangular in shape, no angles or special brackets required, thus installation is much easier, and quicker.
Basic Expanded Metal Guarding Package Features
- One expanded metal guarding package of either frame mount or floor mount configuration for a machine with mounting hardware.
- Non-locking safety interlock switch.
- Traverse bumper switch and controller.
- Monitoring safety relay.
- Includes operational manual complete with drawings and warning labels.
Optional Expanded Metal Guarding Features
- Locking safety interlock switch.
- Remote three button operator station. The functions include Arms open/close, Arms up/down, and E-stop.
- Remote E-stop station.
- Traverse light curtain with floating blank option. This option does not meet safety regulations.
- Custom integration packages available.
- On site installation and training available.
- Guarding available for all types of equipment, not restricted to take-ups and pay-offs. We also provide guarding for other manufacturers equipment.
