CATERPULLERS

Bartell Machinery Systems' complete line of caterpullers are suitable for a variety of applications.   They are available in a Poly V Belt Design, or as a Cleat-Type machine, with differential gear boxes and load cells for maximum performance.  Product diameters of up to 6 inches (152mm) can be accomodated while being pulled at speeds up to 1000FPM (305 M/MIN).  The haul-off force is dependent on the product contact length.  Pulling forces of up to 7500 pounds (33 kilonewtons) are possible for the 120 inch (3048mm) caterpuller.  Custom designs are also available.
