Our cantilever Pay-offs and Take-ups are known for their compact, robust, and unobtrusive design. They are available in two styles, a stationary style and a traversing style. Because of its low height, they are considered to be the most compact machine style in the industry. The stationary style of Take-up has the traverse assembly attached to the machine. The traversing Pay-off and Take-up are moving on rails in the floor, and the traverse assembly is mounted to the floor in front of the machine.

TAKE-UP STANDARD FEATURES:

Advanced control system utilizing a PLC. controller, programmable operator interface, safety monitoring devices, and AC drives.

Stationary model with pneumatic disc brake for tension control.

TAKE-UP OPTIONAL FEATURES:

Traversing model.
Dancers / Accumulators for constant tension control.
Movable cable guide stand.
Movable dancer cable guide stand
Guarding packages.
Pendant stations for operator controls.
Remote radio operator controls, for maximum visibility and mobility.
AC servo control of traverse.
Transducer style traverse for precise traverse control and programmable turnaround points.
